Atty. Felipe Joaquin A. Reyes III - or "Quino" - is a Filipino lawyer, LGBTQIA+- and HIV- advocate, and yoga teacher based in Manila.
A member of the Philippine Bar since 2011, Quino practices corporate, commercial, and property law in his solo practice as well as for their family real estate business, Philrey Holdings, Inc., where he is Vice-President.
Quino is a co-founder and director of the Philippine LGBT Bar Association -- the first association of LGBTQIA+ lawyers in the Philippines -- as well as legal counsel and Director for Membership of the Philippine LGBT Chamber of Commerce -- an organization of LGBTQIA+ professionals and businesses that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in industry and public policy, and the first of its kind in Asia. He also mentors business start-ups and young professionals, as well as aspiring LGBTQIA+ advocates and community organizers.
Quino has been practicing yoga for more than twelve (12) years and teaching yoga for nine (9) years for Yoga For Life -- a non-profit organization that provides yoga classes as complementary therapy for people living with HIV in the Philippines. He has been President of Yoga For Life since 2019.
