Dr Jérôme Larché (MD, MSc, MPS, ExecutiveMBA) is graduated both in Internal Medicine and Intensive care. Since January 2022, he is involved in a comprehensive and multidisciplinary Long COVID care pathway in the second largest region in France (Occitanie), alongside the Regional Sanitary Authority (ARS Occitanie). He is involved in various working groups at national levels regarding long COVID issues with the Ministry of Prevention and Health.
Dr. Larché works also as an expert with the Health High Authority (Haute Autorité de Santé) for regularly implementing and updating national guidelines on long COVID. He has a benevolent role as a member of Après J20 (main long COVID patients French NGO) scientific counsel. He currently works as a senior medical doctor in a private health facility in Montpellier, supervising a long COVID clinical center, and caring also of patients with infectious and internal medicine issues.
