Le Quoc Phong is a communication enthusiast who wishes to become a communication expert in the future. He works as Communication Officer at Lighthouse Social Enterprise where he utilizes his skills for a future of better health, equal rights, and sustainable development for key affected populations, young people living with HIV, and LGBTI+ youth in Vietnam.
Phong is experienced in communication campaigns both in civil society and the private sector, with his knowledge and expertise in strategic communication planning, writing, and public relations. He could develop a communication strategy based on thorough research on social context and target audience, and identify the campaign tactics for the execution plan. Yet he still considers himself a padawan apprentice in the field.
He firmly believes in the power of communication as an impactful tool of education, as the breaking ball for the destruction of prejudices, as the bridge to connect people from distance, as the fire to ignite passion, as the mobilizing call for social justice, and, above all, as a form of art well-deserved to be mastered.
