Ricardo Sobhie Diaz is an Infectious Diseases trained physician who conducts translational research in virology with an emphasis on HIV/AIDS. He is a professor of the Infectious Diseases Department at the Paulista School of Medicine of the Federal University of São Paulo and head of the Retrovirology Laboratory of this Institution. He has more than 200 articles published in scientific journals with a review policy, with more than 5900 citations.
