Dr. Ng Rong Xiang is a medical lecturer and Infectious Disease Physician at Universiti Malaya (UM) and University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC), renowned for his pioneering research in HIV/AIDS co-infections in the Asia-Pacific region. His leadership in advancing the understanding of HIV/AIDS syndemics, particularly among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Malaysia, has influenced public health strategies.
