Stefano Bonora is an Associate Professor of Infectious Diseases at the University of Torino, Italy. He is Head of the HIV/HCV Clinic and of Outpatient COVID Service. His clinical research focuses on antiviral treatments, including clinical management and clinical pharmacology of antiviral drugs. He has authored over 350 scientific papers, mostly concerning clinical management of HIV, HCV and COVID infections, and drug metabolism, pharmacogenetics and drug-drug interactions of antiretrovirals, DAAs, and anti-COVID compounds. He collaborated in several studies of HIV and HCV treatments as an expert of clinical pharmacology. He is involved in national and international CME programs for physicians treating HIV+, HCV+ and COVID patients. His publications have appeared in leading journals, such as The Lancet, AIDS, Clinical Infectious Diseases.
