Vimbainashe Jazi

Vimbai Jazi is a young lady aged 23, she is highly confident and passionate in making the world a better place for young people living with HIV.  She is currently working with Africaid Zvandiri as a Zvandiri Associate as well as youth advocate representing young people at national, regional and global platforms.  As an Advocate, Vimbai supports children and adolescent living with HIV through the provision of HIV adherence counselling and differentiated service delivery aiming to improve retention, reduce virological accumulation of HIV and make sure that adolescents are psychologically stable. 
Her vision and as a young woman, is to advocate in the best interest of young people living with HIV and contribute to strengthening the service delivery for young people living with HIV.  Vimbainashe possesses a wide skill set, including good communication, counselling, interpersonal, networking and Information Technology skills.  She has managed to create a youth responsive and friendly environment leaving no young person behind and ensured that young people living with HIV receive information that is relevant to their rights, health and wellbeing through trainings mentorship, social media and capacity building Television mediums.
