Dr. Peter Olupot-Olupot is a medical doctor, a holder of MB.Ch.B, MPH, and Ph.D. He has 18 years of experience in clinical practice with a nested 10 years in clinical research. Dr. Olupot- Olupot leading research is mainly in the areas of infectious diseases in Africa.
Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Health, Busitema University Faculty of Health Sciences, Mbale Campus. He is also an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer with Imperial College London, UK, and Honorary Research Associate at the University of Liverpool, UK.
Professionally, he is registered with the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council (UMDPC) and he is a member of the Uganda Medical Association (UMA).
