The online Chinese educational program series on the 3rd International Forum on HIV Treatment and Prevention in Asia-Pacific Region was co-organized by Virology Education, WHO Collaborating Center for comprehensive Management of HIV Treatment and Care (WHOCC), Beijing Ditan Hospital, Department of Infectious Diseases of Capital Medical University, and the Home of Red Ribbon.

The program is designed to promote understanding among physicians, nurses, policymakers, and community advocates from the Asia WHO region on WHO policies and guidelines for prevention, testing, treatment, resistance and implementation strategies.

These educational series included two individual half-day online educational activities focused on policies, programs, and HIV drug resistance.

Each activity was delivered in a virtual format and was live-streamed in the Asia-Pacific region. To increase participation and stimulate our audience, simultaneous interpretation from English to Chinese, and vice-versa was provided during the livestream.

Program Directors

The Program Directors are a group of carefully selected experts and inspirational leaders in their respective fields. They meet frequently to discuss the scientific program of the forum meeting, identify interesting topics and candidate speakers, and review all submitted abstracts.
