Welcome

The Workshop on Clinical Management of COVID-19 was held virtually on 14 - 15 December 2020.

The Workshop on Clinical Management of COVID-19 aims to increase knowledge and facilitate discussion on the many remaining unknowns that healthcare providers encounter on a daily basis when caring for COVID-19 patients.

Our goal is to address the many aspects of COVID-19 including pathogenesis, epidemiology, therapeutics, and clinical management in both the outpatient as well as inpatient settings. This global program hopes to promote understanding and stimulate further discussion and research among infectious diseases specialists, pulmonologists, intensivists, epidemiologists, and community scientists.

This will be done in the truly global context of the COVID-19 pandemic, considering regional differences in access to medications, health system capacity, and public measures.

We would like to thank everyone that joined this first virtual workshop on the clinical management of COVID-19.
